[Some time after the voting is done, Undine is going to approach Anthy. She has a pencil and a sketchbook she managed to acquire at the arts and crafts store with her too.]

Um...I know this might not be the best time, but can I talk to you for a moment?

[ anthy smiles at her. ]

What would you like to discuss?

It's...it might sound silly, but...

[She pauses to take a breath, and then she continues.]

In my world, when a magical girl dies in the line of duty, a flower is planted at her grave. The flower is supposed to represent the kind of person they were, and what they had to give to the world.

[She lifts up the sketchbook she has in her hands a bit, indicating to it.]

I'm no master artist, but I can manage to draw flowers at the very least. And I wanted to draw them for you and Utena. But I don't really know either of you well, so picking out flowers for you two would be difficult. I was hoping to get your input?

[rosemance]

[ while anthy's facial expressions have fluctuated between smiling and neutral, right now she seems... uncertain. she scrunches her brow together, like she's trying to figure out what exactly undine is saying.

and then she laughs. it's soft, and not really there, but. it's still a laugh. ]

Roses.

[alchemicalwater]

[The pause there while Anthy tries to figure it out is really awkward, and Undine almost speaks up again to tell her nevermind, but then Anthy has an answer for her after all.]

Roses?

[Those mean love. Were Utena and Anthy actually married?]

Um, what colors?

[rosemance]

Utena-sama should have white.

[ she pauses to consider it for herself. ]

I'll go with red.

[alchemicalwater]

Right. White for her, red for you.

[She looks like she's about to write a note on a page in her sketchpad, but she stops and lets her arms fall back down as she looks back up to Anthy.]

I'm sorry. I'm sorry that you have to be erased like this.

[rosemance]

Everyone caught the killer. It's fine.

[ the moment utena's body was discovered, anthy accepted it. ]

But still! You didn't do anything wrong here, it's unfair for you to get erased too!

[rosemance]

They don't seem to care about what's fair.

[ they have a second chance at life, but the way to get it is so... ]

It would be nice if everything in life was as beautiful as flowers, wouldn't it?

I wish I had more to offer you than a drawing and some platitudes.

[rosemance]

No. I appreciate the drawing, it's... fitting.

[ it's a long story to explain why, so she doesn't. ]

[Even if Anthy says so, Undine has a hard time accepting it. Mostly because it still feels so wrong to her.]

I...I'll make things right again. Even if I can't save you, I'll stop the other reapers.

[Maybe she can stop them before anyone else dies. She hopes so, at least.]

[rosemance]

[ even if anthy doesn't want to be part of the game anymore, she does wish the rest of them the best. ]

I know it's difficult in those situations, but always try to think clearly.

[ she opens her mouth to say something, but then closes it. it takes another moment for her to actually speak. ]

Have you made any friends here?

[alchemicalwater]

Ah? A few, maybe? But it's hard to call someone a friend when you've only known them a week.

[rosemance]

Utena-sama called me her friend right after we met. According to her, there's not really a time limit.

Did you want to be friends?

[rosemance]

[ she doesn't answer right away. but then she finally talks, her voice lowered, as if sharing a secret. ]

I didn't believe we could be. But yes, I did.

Eh? Why did you think that?

[She is definitely curious, especially with how Anthy said it.]

[rosemance]

Chuchu had always been my only friend.

[ whatever that means. ]

Oh! Um. Well, would Chuchu mind if you had more friends? Because I would gladly be yours, if you like. Even if it's only for a little while.
